Pros

strong sense of teamwork flexible working schedules currently a weird mix of a small family owned business and a larger corporate run company internal hiring practices unique shipping benefits

Cons

sometimes pay is not as competitive as it should be in the past has struggled with management, currently doing alot better (2025) depending on the position work life balance can be rough
