Low Yearly Hike is a major problem per my point of view.

Notice that all the positive reviews of late have been from employees located in Bangalore, India. I'm sure this place has been good to them. However, in the U.S. it's a totally different experience and it is a negative one. 1. Benefits have been drastically cut in the past two years. 2. Low pay, minimal raises, and low bonuses (if any). 3. Antiquated technology. Poor internal systems. 4. Management asks you to "do more with less", but refuses to compensate you for all the extra work you take on. 5. No team environment. It's every man for himself. And if something should go wrong, the finger pointing begins. 6. Very difficult to get ahead in the organization, unless you are a management favorite. A smart, go-getter can easily get surpassed by a management favorite, who just does the minimum to get by. 7. Senior management is so out of touch, they have no idea what it takes just to get the simplest task done. 8. There is a lot of reorganization. I have had six bosses in five years. 9/. Expenses have been cut to the bone; no technology upgrades, no coffee, no plastic utensils, no team outings. However, the company signs a multi-million, multi-year deal to sponsor the Northern Trust open. It seems senior management's love of golfing in Southern California in February is more important than doing what's right for the business and it's employees.
