      Good work culture, Funfriday, games, outing(once in a year).

      Cons

      Managements are not aggressive, they fear for everything even a small error.No rewards for extraordinary people, all are in same bucket.

      Stable, conservative and a great company to be associated with.

      Pros

      As a company, it is very stable due to its conservative approach to business, has witnessed at least 3 major financial meltdown in the last century, yet sailed through successfully. It is profitable year on year. Good work ethics and advocate work-life balance.

      Cons

      Not a great company for IT professionals. It takes years to implement new technology, advanced platform or make any changes to the environment. Decision making is highly centralized and doesn't involve any affiliate teams. Hires very experienced IT Pros but doesn't give equitable role & responsibility. Treat senior IT Pros as mere line managers to execute what is being told. IT Pros will have least job satisfaction.
