Pros

Benefits are great. Work/Life balance is good/flexible work schedules are available. Job security is high. Balance sheet is very sold.

Cons

Very few chances for career advancement. Pay is on the low scale. "It's not in the budget" should be the official company slogan.

Pros

NTRS is a great place to work if you are young or do not are much about advancement. The company is generally sound and provides nice benefits.

Cons

Notoriously difficult to move around internally. The bank does not do enough to provide opportunities to its employees. Training is mandatory, but mostly useless.

Pros

Stable place to work, good management and pay is reasonable compared to competitors. Office facilities and morale are generally good

Cons

Training is poor to non-existent, meaning employees stagnate in their job roles and cannot progress. Not enough long-term thinking by management.
