Conservative management, less risk taking in decision making which delays projects and product leadership compared to peerss in industry. Many levels and layers of management, slows down the decision-making process for project/product development.

Stable company that is actually gaining clients, unlike other banks which layed off numerous times over the most recent recession.

Cons

Slow moving company. Old school management types. If you don't network on your own you are limited in terms of real growth opportunities.
