Older systems. Not organized A lot of policies are archaic The company has an old school conservative business model. It's way behind on technology compared to other major banks. Systems take a good 2.14 mins to access a clients account. Nothing is streamlined. Also managers give bad information and dock you when you happened to follow that wrong information they provided.

Pros

Great place to start your career and plenty of opportunity to take on new challenges. As a full time non officer you receive 3 weeks of vacation plus sick and personal time and when you become an officer or above you get 4 weeks of vacation. No Saturday’s and if you’re exempted you are not required to log your hours.

Cons

Office morale is always at some sort of low. Very political environment and it’s all about who’s in charge and if you’re a favorite or not. Some partners work very hard and get paid well below what the standard set forth by the company or even below basic cost of living for the particular role and location. Technology, although on the rise, is lacking and some days you spend most of your time just trying to get your computer to go online. And at times some employees are overloaded with too much work and others walk out by 2:00 PM leaving others having to fill the gap.

Cons

Most jobs are being taken by contractors. You should worry if you start to make to much money they will eliminate your job, unless you are one of the many un-necessary layers of senior management the you are golden.
