Pros
Literally none, allowed to work from home because nobody cared and most of the company in Limerick office.
Cons
Horrible workplace, everyone overworked to their eyeballs, toxic with people who aren't ready to welcome new joiners and fight them for a bone, senior management completely ignorant of anything, not attending meetings, not responding to any communication and then complaining when things go sideways, treating you like youre there to polish their shoes, non existent team management, ignoring bad behaviours, no culture, no team events, no support, completely unrealistic deadlines, no resources, I've never seen anything like it and I wouldn't recommend to anybody ever
