The company as is takes advantage of the people and it does not matter how long u work for them..they go based on a system where the less the store director pays it's employees the higher their bonus are..because according to them this is business management!! The sales are based on a team,not just one person. The people with the high positions get paid really well and most of the other employees get paid no more then $9.50!! And a lot of the people with the high positions worry about intimidating you rather then setting an example for the rest of the employees

The company mostly employees Mexicans and minorities, which the majority are uneducated and unskilled at their job, which makes it hard to work with. In addition, a good size of the employees do not speak English, which constitutes like 40% of the clients. Lastly, the majority of the employees live in Mexico and cross the border everyday, which usually result in employees that live in the US to work overtime due to the unavailability of the Mexican employees . Lastly, they rarely respect break times.
