good benefits, horrible management

Pros

The benefits are nice, and the clearance you do get can be taken elsewhere within 2 years due to federal regulations. diversity is incredible within the company as a whole.

Cons

Middle management never helps you even when you ask or go above them. raises are denied, promotions are not given, you are expected to work 4+ roles for the same pay. burnout is real here. work life balance is not a thing here, many of us commute far distances and we have to struggle daily to get into the office. you are treated as a second class citizen. thrown into the fire with no formal training, just told to read some SOPs in a ever changing environment. its quite literally sink or swim here. While most of the issues come from the government that is to be expected. you are overwhelmed with the amount of work that you work from home to get the job done.

Pros

Overall Northramp is a decent company to work for. There is room for career growth and they are open to new ideas and innovation.

Cons

It seems that there's a lack of appreciation and attention to the employees that support the smaller contracts.

Pros

My coworkers and supervisors were the best I've experienced. I felt comfortable talking with management. They supported me when my team had any difficulties.

Cons

None really. Most of the issues I had were with some of the clients we worked with. That's outside of the company's control.
