The office is flexible, and it is a good entry-level position

Cons

The workload can be a bit much for how much you are getting paid. There are no opportunities to advance in the specific offices. The pay sucks, honestly

Pros

The benefits are great for individuals. I am working with a great Team within the Business Office. I got referred by an ex employee who gave me Northside Hospital great ratings. She knew that I wanted to work for Northside Hospital.

Cons

I think the referral process could be a lot better than what I have experienced. I've given two great referrals with the background in collections and Office Administrator years of experience. When using the portal for open positions I think these should be looked at first. just my opinion.
