You get to choose a schedule that works well for you.

Cons

The management staff needs more experienced, trained managers. Working under productivity just makes people shuffle the claims around month after month so that they have numbers to show that they worked something. The management staff is very unfair & they choose favorites.

Northside offers great benefits, volunteer opportunities, great leadership and several advancement opportunities. The hospital also provides education and engagement opportunities for current employees.

Cons

The commute; however, that is to be expected in Atlanta!

The paid is good and very competitive. Benefits are ok if you use their doctors of course.

Cons

Very high turn over. Recently hired supervisor who typically misses 2 to 3 days per week eventually just didn't come back.
