Lack of transparency and trust. Management sets very high expectations, as they should, but those responsible for the job have zero to little support. If a problem does arise, the management teams sweeps it under the rug until it becomes a bigger problem and then focuses on blame rather than a solution. The technology is terrible. Also, any updates or change in policy is never well thought out and ends up leading to more issues.

Difficult and time-consuming charting system, Only 4 call outs allowed, management is a little unorganized, Are not always well staffed even though they try to be, Parking in employee parking lot takes a while to get inside work.
