Pros

- Good benefits - Good people to work WITH - Networking opportunities

Cons

- Bad people to work FOR - Value extraction from lower wage workers (management/admin will pat themselves on the back for your work while relegating your credit to the group of employees you belong to) - Career stagnation - They claim to hire from within, but when they say "within" they forget to add "within the family" with the way half the staff is directly related to eachother.
