All feedback is important to us, which is why we share it internally. Support for our team members is a constant priority for us, and we offer a wide range of benefits that support our team members, including discounted gym memberships, family planning programs, retirement contributions and more. We highly value our nursing team, consisting of more than 22,000 dedicated RNs. We recommend you speak with your HR representative to discuss your feedback in greater detail.

Pros

The pay is fair for the work

Cons

This company doesn’t allow you to grow. I went to school and graduated and became a nurse. I interview and was rejected for the job. After talking to other people from food and nutrition, and patient transport, it seems like we are the bottom of the pit so they rather bring people from outside than hire us. It is extremely frustrating and we are thinking about a Class action lawsuit and if we can prove that they are discriminating against us.

Pros

Amazing staff made work enjoyable

Cons

Yearly increase pay is maybe up to $1 at most. Every 2 weeks you accumulate 5hrs towards PTO. If you’re sick or office closes early your PTO automatically used even if you don’t want to use them.
