      THIS IS NOT A REAL ACCOUNTING JOB!!! I wanted to be very transparent this is not a entry level accounting job, job was marketed to me as a entry level A/R role with opportunity for advancement. No growth opportunities. Very poor leadership and career development. Keep your head down and work type of job! People in the same job for over 15 yrs or more years. A lot of complacency. If you don’t want to be stagnate avoid this job! Also people are roped in by the pension & health benefits and I guess that’s why they stay so long. Very old school mentality and outdated software. No work culture whatsoever everybody is very siloed in. If your people motivated this job is not for you.
