Pros
Positions that don't require a degree. Decent pay. Benefits. Resume builder. Hard to get fired because of union protection and their failings to document insubordination.
Cons
Lack of transparency. Lack of training. No flow. Micromanagement. Segregation between salaried employees and bargaining unit employees. Lack of respect for proven valuable employees. Focus on quantity not quality. Subpar systems. Some higher up's have no pension related experience or managerial experience. Failing communication. Morale is the last thing that concerns this company.
