Micro managed by supervisor, underpaid compared to those just starting out, continuing to make it harder and harder to reach bonuses to save the company money, company has encouraged us not to talk to other employees at all and have take away company gatherings except the once a year manager meeting where we have to sit and listen to higher ups say how great they are, healthcare costs continue to go up for us with very little benefit and I just love their excuses, since joining the reit this company has started spinning into the toilet. good luck if you choose to work for them. Oh almost forgot they are now charging employees for slum lord living conditions which were fine when it was an "included" benefit.
