Low Pay - Volatile Work Environment

Pros

You live in a run down company apartment but only pay utilities

Cons

Management will not listen to you. They will not pay you what you deserve. They will not provide support and continue to make decisions that cause customers to abuse on-site staff. They also refuse to maintain facilities outside of corporate office radius.

Pros

You get paid to work. You get 40 hours per week.

Cons

They favor employees that don't run a property full time. The tm I had micromanage all of us. She didn't like us talking to each other or working together because it lead to us discussing the company and realize they were going out of business. No idea how the reit treats its staff but hopefully it's better than the previous owners. Good luck.
