      Great people, learn a ton, teaches you to be disciplined, have a work ethic, great pay (if you can hack it), ability to make your own schedule, work anywhere, you are your own boss

      Cons

      Commission only, process takes a long time, and then it might not pan out, data driven, clients are based on timing, a ton of calling, using warm market and then cold market, have to sallow pride, will lose some friends along the way

      Great firm in Miami to work for. I had a positive experience with leadership and all of the financial advisors in South Florida. You truly get out what you put in! I decided to return to being an employee, but I’ve seen that those who commit and persevere can achieve great success here. For driven individuals, there are significant rewards to be had!
