      This company has been nothing short of incredible. The opportunities are endless and the resources are exceptional to get you there. This is not just a job this is a career. My favorite thing about Northwestern Mutual are the people, everyone is so kind and thoughtful. You feel like you are apart of a family.

      But far and away the best company in the financial services business! If you want to grow a career with a company that has a 170 year history of doing the right thing and building value, northwestern Mutual of it! Great culture, training, development, and focus on holistic financial planning. A values driven company that makes strategic decisions based on long term promises being made to clients that need to be served over decades not just a few years!

      Cons

      The advisor career track is not for everyone. It can be difficult getting established and building to a sustainable model. The rewards are for sure worth the risk for the right candidate. If you are looking for a comfortable career with low challenge and growth, need not apply to the advisor development program.
