Pros

Create your own schedule, run your own business, great commission payouts, people to hold you accountable, phenomenal company

Cons

It is a cut-throat industry and wasn't the right one for me, representative development is so important and if you won't be developed, don't try, get ready for criticism

Pros

There is infinite upside to this position. The training is adequate, but not extensive. You have the ability to be your own boss and work your own hours. You get to work for a fortune 500 company.

Cons

Pay is entirely commission. Many of your leads come from within your own circle. Prepare to make a lot of cold calls.

Pros

NMFN gives you the tools to be your own business owner, a title of the best insurance company in the world, great training and mentoring, to be truly entrepreneurial.

Cons

The most difficult thing about having a sustainable career at NMFN and in the insurance industry itself is beginning with your own contacts to grow out.
