      Pros

      Everyting is great at this company...income potential is unlimited. The work hours are pretty flexible and you spend the majority of your day meeting clients and assessing their needs for the future. I couldn't ask for a better job and what a better job than to help people who are in need. It makes me smile to not only sell someone a product that they really need but to sell it knowing that they took part in the process by exchanging information on what they wanted. It's not a product that you really have to sell to hard because it's a basic need.

      Cons

      There are none...this job is definitely for those willing to put hard work into it.

      Pros

      It is the best company in the US and it is USA based and it is very supportive to its employees and very strong in it's commitments and beliefs

      Cons

      More information to the career changer as to what to expect. That could be just a local office situation but overall there needs to be better communication about things that need to be done, how they are done and what steps are needed to complete especially when your married and have a home and a normally busy life.

      If you're a financial rep you can be your own boss, but also have a very supportive culture in which to grow. Potential to make a lot of money if you work hard.

      Cons

      All commission if you're a rep, so money can be made but not without hard work and long hours at first.
