The onboarding and training process lacked clear expectations and consistent feedback from leadership, which made it difficult to understand how success in the role was being measured. Performance standards were not clearly communicated, and guidance was extremely limited during the "training" period. My employment ended suddenly after less than 2 months without prior warning, formal performance discussions, or a performance improvement plan, despite no clear explanation of specific mistakes that were made without my knowledge. The environment felt extremely unforgiving, and future employees may struggle if expectations of perfection are implied without clear guidance or support from management.
