Pros

Really good opportunity if you know a lot of people that are open to at least having a conversation about finances and financial planning - the ability to earn an income is uncapped but again, you really need to know a ton of people

Cons

- you have to start by meeting with your friends and family and getting them to sign up with a life insurance policy - unless you already are fully securities licensed, you have to split your commission you make from friends / family with another advisor who is fully licensed. It makes sense as to why they do it this way, but be prepared you need to have a LARGE market and network of friends / family to make it work (at least 400-500 people)
