Pros

I have very much enjoyed working at Notthwestern mutual. The people here really care about helping you grow professionally and personally. Likewise, they really care and stress taking care of the clients. That is always the company’s #1 priority.

Pros

Great office space, Diverse group of people

Cons

Training is only about prospecting Will not receive any money besides one small bonus within the first 6 months Sharing commission with senior advisors For the first 6 months, you basically call people in your own network (Friends, Family) During the fact-finding meetings, the senior advisor does most of the talking, and you just take notes Managing Partners and senior advisors depend on you to get new leads through your network, and they also get paid bonuses based on how many meetings and deals you close Feels like no one actually cares if the products you are selling are something the people you are selling to really need (They only care about deals and making money) Training is elementary school training Aggressive prospecting
