      Pros

      excellent intellectual atmosphere; beautiful campus; the lab I worked for was well-funded which gave me the chance to do cutting-edge research.

      Cons

      Your experience will vary according to the department/lab you work for. Some P.I.s are good at managing, others... not so much.

      Pros

      Go Cats! Amazing environment with plenty of help for younger people to learn and grow. Fantastic support system and fellow workers

      Cons

      Some of the cons include rather tedious work. At the same time though, I was able to add personal touches and figure out ways to make the marketing program better

      Good place to start, especially if you want to pursue a career in athletics.

      Pros

      You are able to get exposure in many different fields especially in the athletic department. It is a smaller athletic department in the Big Ten so there jobs that require multiple disciplines.

      Cons

      There is limited accountability on performance. Too much of a feel good attitude about everyone's job instead. There needs to be more focus on completing the task.
