Pros

I joined Nossaman LLP and although ramping up to get acclimated to Firm culture, processes and policies takes time I'm very happy that I joined the Firm and would highly recommend the Firm to Associates and Staff. The benefits are amazing!

Cons

Busy this time of year but that is to be expected as it's year-end. I feel very much supported and appreciated.

Quiet place to work, unsettling turnover rates

People were mostly nice, the office was beautiful, relaxed work pace

Cons

Turnover rate was insanely high, people were fired for very little reason on a constant basis. Some attorneys have self control issues
