Pros
There are a lot of great people who care about the Firm and doing good work. This is a good Firm and unfortunately over the past year or so, due to very poor management decisions, a lot of good people have left and/or been let go. Consequently, morale has deteriorated. The overall culture of the firm is good but again is deteriorating at the hands of poor management.
Cons
This is a good Firm but the COO (a former Marketing CMO and unfortunately, this background just does not translate into being a COO, that right there should raise a flag) and the recent CIO provide the best examples of the worst COO and CIOs I have ever seen attempt to run a business and IT. It's unfortunate how many people have left (or been let go) at the hands of these two incompetent C-level managers. I would highly recommend staying away from this Firm until new management is in place.
