Great environment. Very supportive staff. Salary was good, bonuses were better. The hours were good. They let me pick my hours. I could come in early or stay late, as long as my work was done.

Cons

Baking is hard work. It takes a lot of organization Could have been a little easier with an assistant.

Terrible company culture, focused on mindless production, no care about the product, work with substandard suppliers. Huge workload for a single person. Lowest possible compensation possible. Tend to hire substandard employees because they are willing to work for super cheap.
