Great people with minimal politics involved in decision making. Great product that's helping homeowners manage risk. Lots of ownership and flexibility in daily roles which translates into amazing career opportunities. Meaningful conversations around ways to improve different areas of the business take place.

Typical startup stuff. Sometimes it feels like there is a lack of focus in terms of company direction.
