Notion is a great place to work. The leadership is great and very caring. The business focuses on strong collaboration and partnership with clients. Everyone on the team is really kind and understanding and we have a lot of internal initiatives and opportunities for individual growth.

Cons

Notion is evolving processes and systems with growth and always assessing new and better ways to conduct business.
