      The Nouria store is a comfortable work environment. Ideal for younger people interested in a steady paycheck. You’ll learn good customer service skills. The more efficient you are creating a comfortable environment for customers the more you’ll be recognized by the management.

      Cons

      Dealing with the general public is a pain. Some people are rude and impatient for no reason.

      Pros

      Taught me good work ethic. Also helped me to sharpen my conversational skills. They hire without too much of a prescreening process. Makes this company ideal for anyone looking for a good job with a low barrier to entry. The only downside to that is that we get a few people who don’t really care as much about their jobs as they should.

      Working with people who don’t give a dang about doing a good job.

      I’m floored by how quickly they responded to the COVID crisis. The work environment is clean and safe for everyone to go about their business safely. The pay and benefits are giving me stability that I know a lot of people don’t have at the moment.

      Cons

      I’m just ready for things to go back to being normal again.
