      Cleaner work environment than I expected

      Pros

      They put a huge emphasis on cleanliness that you would not expect from this kind of establishment. Also, management made sure to only put certain employees together, which I’m glad I never had to work with anyone who rubbed me the wrong way. All in all, it was a good job and I’d recommend working at Nouria to anyone who’s thinking of applying.

      Cons

      None that I experienced, it was just time for me to move on.

      Customers are nice to interact with

      Pros

      This was a decent job I worked on the side to stack up money. Customers filter in and out at different intervals day and night. If you work the later shift you can expect to have a lot of downtime. If you use it to catch up on reading it isn’t all that bad. Very relaxed.

      Cons

      When a new hire quits after a few weeks it just created more work for the rest of us.

      Implemented COVID safety measures quickly

      Pros

      I’m blown away by how quickly the company responded to COVID and gave us all the supplies and training we needed to continue doing our jobs safely. They went above and beyond and I personally appreciate that I was still able to have work and make money when so many people around the country were worrying about how to pay their bills.

      Cons

      There’s more to do to keep everything up to standard now that we’ve added the COVID measures, but it’s worth it in my opinion.
