Pros
Most people don’t take a job at a place like Nouria and think about staying long-term, but it’s honestly a great company to establish a career with. Their very supportive of your career ambitions and will give you everything you need (guidance, training, etc.) to work your way up and stay in the Nouria family.
Cons
I experienced a lot of drama at my location until I became the manager and then I was able to completely restructure the team to avoid that.
