The company has taken a drastic turn for the worse under new private equity ownership. The focus is purely short-term, with arbitrary cost-cutting targets being by far the top priority, no matter what the impact on the long-term health of the company. Employees no longer feel empowered, innovation is stifled, and the smart ones are leaving.
