Food from the cafe is genuinely really good

Cons

Pay does not meet COL for the area, it’s quite below survivable. Culture is stuck in the 1970s. There needs to be more benefits and incentives. 15 days PTO for sick, personal, and vacation time is NOT enough, HR did not do a very good job at explaining why they are grouped together.
