      Pros

      Great flexibility, great pay, no micro managing, the people you work with are paid the same as you and that makes for no competition for work

      Cons

      Little training, the job requires updates to training material and the remote work makes it hard to stay current with new methods and device updates

      Pros

      Worked in manufacturing, very nice people and supervisor great, with a good cafeteria

      Cons

      The manager was a terrible and always had attitude to people looking to advance, always took you to do childish jobs you didn't apply for, and treated people like kids. He was kinda of a guy of my way or no other way, and place of work had no chairs and you have to be in your feet all hours. It looks like the management doesn't know what happens to their employees under this guy

      -World class products with a passionate company culture -Work life balance which creates high level of commitment and service in the company -Great opportunity to grow and learn a lot while getting to work with people who truly care -Fun, friendly, environment with good benefits where people are happy to come to work -Company cares about its employees and built an excellent scholarship program for students of Nova's employees

      Cons

      -Working from home-it's not always critical to be physically in the office to be effective and get the job done, it would be nice to offer work from home benefits! -Unlimited PTO-innovative companies are offering unlimited PTO to professional employees, might not be a bad idea to look into that as a benefit
