Great colleagues, interesting product with lots of potential.
Cons
Upper management keeps restructuring without a clear vision. Terrible communication. Hybrid work is slowly returning to almost full time for many that don’t need to be physically there to do their job, unfortunate progress that forced many to leave for better work/life balance elsewhere.
