Pros

This role in Nova offers a dynamic and engaging array of responsibilities. It encompasses conducting initial research and POC initiatives for innovative features, delving into root causes and swiftly implementing effective solutions for real-world challenges, and ofc some traditional system tasks such as defining requirements and conducting system qualifications. In my opinion, the diversity of the tasks makes the work very interesting.

Cons

sometimes the development cycle is slow. in addition, i feel like part of the management suffered from micro management.

The people at Nova are unmatched. Everyone is very helpful and cross collaborative. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and develop. Work life balance is nice.

Cons

Working in a global company comes with time zone challenges, but on the plus side, you get to meet many different people from different cultures and backgrounds.
