      Pros

      Great smart reasonable people, Great technology, communication (end of week reviews, bi weekly all hands, etc) , very accessible executive staff in Fremont, everyone pitches in to solve problems, open to change and new ideas, great walking trail near office, healthy snacks, great culture of celebrating (all the way up through corporate), growing company, new CEO promoted from within

      Cons

      Corporate feels quite removed (Israel), parental leave is small, ERP system is difficult (currently), a bit understaffed so always more work than people - poor prioritization processes make this difficult, not a lot of rigorous processes around new product or project roll outs, no ESPP

      Managements are open minded & flexible, so your voice will be heard and lot of room to get your achievement. I can go home daily feeling I've accomplished something that's more important than money.
