      Pros

      Company culture is great with everyone being friendly and ready to help and contribute to the company's growth and success. A lot of emphasis is given to personal well being and work life balance(hybrid and remote for some roles) which directly translates to everyone being super professional in terms of work ethics

      Transitioning to a small size company to a mid size company with continuous growth but steps are being taken to update systems and processes

      Transparency is Key

      Pros

      Company culture is friendly, professional, and above all pretty transparent. Being a mid-sized company makes it feel more like my efforts are actually meaningful and impactful as opposed to working for a major company and feeling like a little cog in the machine.

      Cons

      Training for my role is difficult, but leadership recognized this and hired another person to help with the process. Time zones can be an issue due to HQ being in Israel.
