      -Highly recommend Nova as it supports it's employees in all the possible ways it can. -Nice work culture - You can learn a lot very quickly in a very short time - Surrounded with nothing but incredibly smart and driven individuals.

      Good culture, transparency, growing company, flexible work environment (able to mix in office amd work from home), good products that have been around, acknoldgement for a job well done

      Cons

      Some of the processes are still in their infancy and it can be frustrating, a bit under staffed with all the growth
