The job content allows working with all internal interfaces, Field Service Org. Mfg, finance, sales, BD, Eng. R&D, Purchasing, and also with company customers, very interesting tasks.

Cons

Company's management is not managing resources correctly, no attention to employee experience, allowing toxic managers and toxic environment Bad Work/Life balance HR Org is very weak and have no influence on company's organizational health.
