      Pros

      The team is very communicative and proactive. There are fun team-building and holiday events. Everyone is always willing to meet you where you are and help when they can. Flexible with work/life balance

      Cons

      Commuting in and out of Fremont can be a challenge. Communication with overseas teams can sometimes slow down a process due to time differences.

      Nova treats everyone with respect and kindness, and the company culture encourages meaningful interactions between colleagues. Nova has 5 core values (Dream, Dare, Listen, Innovate, Win). They invest in their employees and growth of the company. We push each other to work hard and perform well. Challenge the status quo! Nova has grown since I first joined in 2019. We have moved to a new building, expanded into a few more spaces, and outperformed expectations year over year.
