      - Flexible hours - you can come and go as you please as long as the monthly hours are done. - Lots of great people who love coming to work - Clarity regarding company status - the CEO reports to us every quarter where we are and where we're heading - Lots of parking - defined Nova parking spaces means you don't have to waste time looking for a parking spot. - Surrounded by restaurants - plenty of restaurants to choose from. - Extraordinary HR - we're being spoilt rotten with gifts for every occasion and extravagant company events -Close to train station

      Managing Low Level Software Development Needs Hardware Background

      Software Directors/Managers are proactive watching developers

      Cons

      But they have no ideas about low level software (code running on microprocessor boards rather on PC) development dependencies: hardware design information and platform availability. So when they plan a schedule for software development, they just ignore the hardware dependencies and warnings of platform's possible delay. So when the deadline is slipped, the management just unreasonably blames the software developers and makes them scapegoats.
