Was lied to about getting a significant raise at 90 days after training period ended, then again at the 4,5,6 and 7 months marks. When finally given a raise it was .70 cents. Was constantly given the run around by all levels of management - definitely a ‘boys club’.

No pros that I can come up with.

Cons

Company is in disarray. Management has unrealistic expectations of staff. Everyone is spread thin and unable to satisfy customers expectations. NovaSource priorities are always changing creating mass confusion. Work-life balance doesn't exist. Employee turn-over creates an environment of continuous "start over" in resolving latent issues that affect the bottom line ($ lost) for the customer. Employees are not valued. The company has issues with attracting and retaining quality/qualified employees.
