- Pay (not in line with the rest of the industry) - ELT's focus is clearly on one side of the business. Many signs of neglect a couple business units. - No clear path for growth in certain positions.

Poor Management. No KPIs (no metrics to avoid paid a good salaries or bonuses). No trainings No support for those who wants to go to school or get any certifications. No processes stablished (lot times you have to do the job of someone else to move forward with your duties). No diversity (the management is pure white, they always said they are working on it but that’s not true).
