Provide alternatives to work from home, have insurance covered for the staff. okay working environment and have a work life balance. Colleagues are very helpful and open to discussion.

Cons

although the wfh is an alternatives given by the company, your performance will also be affected if u don't come to the office. slow progress in term of career and may be stagnant. bonus and increment is very little. but if you are looking for work life balance, then this is the place.
