Beats being unemployed, marginally Benefits are decent Without considering workload, the pay is decent.

Cons

Field technicians are overworked and do the work of multiple other departments who collect bigger checks. Management can’t effectively implement old policies but doesn’t let that stop them from quite unsuccessfully implementing new ones. Supply chain is a joke, I’d say buy what you need yourself but that’s against company policy.
