Decent pay, on-call pay, pleasant work atmosphere. Provides work gear.

Cons

Much more travel than advertised. Hard limit on OT. Healthcare package was much worse after first year.

Great people, ideas and infrastructure from prior company. Great place to see power generation in motion, from the field to the transmission lines.

New company/leadership are more worried about the dollar than their people.
